Justice for New Americans Defense Fund is a vehicle for interested parties to donate funds to help defend new Americans who are accused of crimes that are prosecuted because of apparent racial, religious, or national origin facotrs.
Justice for New Americans Defense Fund will be used to defray the legal expense to defend those accused and to improve their incarceration while awaiting trial.
