The Department of Justice has refused to release a report on the government's conduct in the Wen Ho Lee case. In light of U.S. District Judge James Parker's rebuke of the DOJ and subsequent reports indicating FBI misconduct during the investigation, the Department's refusal to release a potentially self-incriminating report appears to be in the interests of self, not national, security.
